  Very friendly and helpful staff in this Verizon. My only complaint isn't about the store itself but Verizon, the company as a whole. I cannot stand how they nickle and dime you for every, single thing. I feel shackled to this company because its the best service in my area and when I travel but their prices are SO high compared to other carriers.
