  I do have an understanding about how things work in corporations, stores ect. But had a terrible experience here, I drove 30 miles to this store because in their system said they had 68 quantity from an item I was looking for. They confirm they had it but they were negligent to not scan it and put it on the floor on top of that they confirm they had it on the top steel but wouldn't bring it down for me it would have to be done on another day so I would have to not only drive back but inconvenience my self again with the matter. Never recommending this store to anybody else.

  Horrible bjs ever first of all the liquor place is not theirs so meaning I don’t get points for purchasing alcohol second everything is messy things are place all around not organized couldn’t find anyone to help me get stuff I needed, and the top of the cherry 2 cashiers for the whole store they open a third one once they realize people were getting pissed for waiting in 2 lines of 12 people in each row is unbelievable not because they were short staff you can see everyone just staring 2 other staff joking by the formula station today is feb 15 at 5:50pm when there’s busy time I never write a review cause all three bjs I go to this one was the worst is my first and last time here disappointed.

  In the self checkout line waiting...the person in front of me has an issue and needs assistants...the women is yelling with a weak voice and is being blstiantly ignored...I say hey louder and the women who is talking to a coworker...with a customer ignores me...I say hey her light is flashing...the women proceedes to go to ever line but mine while the customer before me waits.....when she got to my line I was greeted with an are you u serious face....I was surprised by tbis....thAt women went out of her way to try and belittle me....I wasn't intimidated
